Readiness and pre-audit services

Three levels of support

Choose the depth of readiness support your teamactually needs

Start with a scoped baseline, keep readiness operating continuously, or add hands-on assurance engineering. These are readiness services: independent auditors, assessors, certification bodies, regulators, and legal counsel make formal determinations.

Packages

A three-tier readiness model

Each tier builds on the previous one without changing the independence boundary.

01

Foundation Readiness

$2,500/ month starting assumption

Establish the scope, gaps, owners, and remediation sequence for a first or newly expanded compliance target.

Best fit: Teams that need a defensible baseline before committing to a larger readiness program.

Typical readiness scope

  • Target-framework and in-scope system map
  • Initial control and evidence gap register
  • Prioritized 30/60/90-day remediation roadmap
  • Readiness checkpoint and independent-review handoff notes
03

Assurance Engineering

$20,000/ month starting assumption

Pair readiness leadership with hands-on technical remediation and evidence automation across the engineering stack.

Best fit: Teams with material technical gaps, multiple environments or frameworks, or a compressed independent-review timeline.

Typical readiness scope

  • Everything in Managed Readiness
  • Hands-on cloud, IAM, SDLC, logging, and data-control remediation where in scope
  • Evidence-pipeline and control-validation automation support
  • Intensive pre-review exercises and independent assessor coordination support
What all three tiers share

Preparation stays separate from independent assurance.

Canonical Plus can scope controls, identify gaps, help implement remediation, organize evidence, and prepare a handoff. The qualified independent party you select remains responsible for any audit, certification, authorization, regulatory, or legal conclusion.

Not sure which tier fits?

Use the public training path to understand controls, evidence, remediation, and the review boundary before choosing a package.

Scope before commitment

Turn the package into a customer-specific SOW.

The public prices are starting assumptions. Final commercial terms belong in a reviewed and signed statement of work after scope, dependencies, environments, and timeline are known. Qualifying engagements may use milestone-based payment plans, and larger full-program readiness engagements may qualify for scoped discounts. Independent auditor or certification-body fees are itemized separately unless expressly included in writing.
